TechFlow, May 15 — According to Jinshi Data, analysts from Deutsche Bank Research stated in a report that the Federal Reserve is likely to keep its policy rate unchanged before cutting interest rates in December, followed by further easing next year. "Our base case remains that the first rate cut will occur in December, followed by two additional 25-basis-point cuts in the first quarter of 2026."
The analysts said that the easing of tensions between China and the U.S. has reduced the risk of further deterioration in the U.S. labor market, but other tariff measures could keep inflation at uncomfortably high levels.
