TechFlow news, April 24 — According to an announcement by Hong Kong-listed company Oceanwide Holdings, the company plans to issue new shares worth HKD 13.12 million and convertible bonds with a principal amount of HKD 52.3776 million, raising approximately HKD 65 million in total. Around 90% of the net proceeds will be used to seize potential future investment opportunities, including exploring investments in cryptocurrency and Web 3.0, as well as possible acquisition of digital assets such as Bitcoin.
