TechFlow, on April 13, according to a post by Binance Customer Support on the X platform: "We have noticed that some users are experiencing issues when withdrawing ZEC assets from their Binance accounts. The issue stems from a technical malfunction when using Ledger's ZEC application, causing temporary inability to transfer out certain funds. All funds remain securely stored in cold wallets, and user assets are safe (SAFU)."
It added that they are working closely with the Ledger team to actively resolve the issue. They have prioritized the release of the relevant update, which is expected to be completed by April 17, after which ZEC withdrawal functionality will be gradually restored.
