TechFlow news, according to Jinshi Data, on April 10 local time, Pennsylvania Governor Shapiro, a Democrat, met with workers at the port of Philadelphia and directly criticized U.S. President Trump for the confusing reversals in tariff policy, noting that such historically high tariffs have caused chaos.
