TechFlow reports, on April 11, according to Tim Beiko's summary of the 209th Ethereum Execution Layer Core Developers meeting (ACDE), the All Core Developers Execution meeting (ACDE #209) was held on April 10. It was confirmed during the meeting that the Pectra client will be released before April 21, with the mainnet upgrade scheduled for May 7 (Epoch 364032). Several Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIPs) were upgraded from "Possible For Inclusion" (PFI) to "Confirmed For Inclusion" (CFI), including EIP-7823 (setting MODEXP gas limit), EIP-7825 (transaction gas limit), and EIP-7907 (contract code size measurement and increased limits). Developers also discussed priorities for increasing the gas limit after the Pectra upgrade and reached broad consensus on restructuring the AllCoreDevs, which will be implemented after Pectra's launch.
