TechFlow, April 11 — According to Decrypt, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has officially dismissed its lawsuit against Nova Labs, the developer of the Helium network, confirming that Helium's tokens and hotspot devices are not securities. As part of the settlement, Nova Labs agreed to pay a $200,000 penalty without admitting or denying the allegations.
