TechFlow news, on March 25, according to Fortune, BlackRock, the world's largest asset management firm, is expanding its blockchain money market fund BUIDL to the Solana network. The fund's technology partner Securitize announced that BUIDL now supports seven blockchain networks including Solana.
Notably, the BUIDL fund was initially launched on Ethereum, combining traditional money market funds with blockchain ledgers and payment functionality. To date, the fund has attracted $1.7 billion in assets and is expected to surpass $2 billion by early April.
