TechFlow News – On March 25, Tarta Labs announced it has raised $4.5 million in Pre-seed funding, led by BITKRAFT Ventures and joined by The Spartan Group, IVC, HashKey Capital, and Gam3Girl Ventures. The funds will support the development and ecosystem building of Spot Zero, the first 3D anime-style ARPG game developed by its studio, Tarta Games.
Spot Zero is an action role-playing game blending high fantasy with mechanical aesthetics. Players take on the role of investigators exploring the mysterious continent of Noah, fighting alongside mythical companions to uncover the intertwined fates and truths across two eras.
Previously, Tarta Labs received six-figure Grants from Arbitrum and Mantle. Beyond game development, Tarta Labs is reshaping the anime IP ecosystem through AI-generated content, interactive gameplay mechanics, decentralized content ownership, and shared royalty models. Its vision is to empower users to actively participate in content creation and interaction while capturing value, driving long-term IP growth and ecosystem expansion.
The official Spot Zero website is now live with pre-registration open. Participants have a chance to gain access to game testing, with the first closed beta (CBT1) scheduled to launch in April 2025.
