The bill aims "to establish a strategic bitcoin reserve and other programs, ensure transparent management of federal government bitcoin holdings, utilize certain resources of the Federal Reserve System to offset costs, and for other purposes." The bill has been referred to the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs for review.
