Regarding the duration of the tariff policy, Bessent said, "We'll have to wait and see."
On dollar policy, Bessent clearly stated that "the strong dollar policy has not changed," and emphasized the U.S. government's "commitment to policies that strengthen the dollar." He predicted that Trump's policies will ultimately lead to a stronger dollar, while reiterating America's stance "against currency manipulation."
