TechFlow news, March 6 — A U.S. SEC meeting memorandum revealed that the Securities and Exchange Commission's Crypto Assets Task Force held a meeting on March 5 with representatives from WisdomTree and its affiliates to discuss issues related to crypto asset regulation.
Agenda items included operational aspects of tokenized funds, physical delivery in digital asset exchange-traded products, and broker-dealer net capital rules for crypto assets.
WisdomTree attendees included Ryan Louvar, Chief Legal Officer and Head of Digital Assets Business and Legal Affairs, as well as Jason Mulvihill, Founder and President of Capitol Asset Strategies, and Managing Partner Chris Hayes.
The meeting aimed to explore approaches to addressing regulatory issues concerning crypto assets.
