TechFlow News, March 5 — Smokey the Bera, co-founder of Berachain, said in an interview with Unchained: "I don't think the criticism is entirely wrong. If we could do it again and start from scratch, we probably wouldn't have sold so much supply to venture capitalists. In fact, most of the supply was sold during the seed round in early 2022. At the time, we thought it might be an interesting thing to do, but we didn't expect it to grow to this scale. So I think the criticism is justified. Indeed, over time, we've been actively working to buy back portions of the supply from the seed round and subsequent rounds like Series A, so we can minimize dilution for the community."
