TechFlow news, March 5 — A hearing for Terra founder Do Kwon has been postponed by one month due to the U.S. government submitting a large volume of new evidence requiring review, according to Protos.
The status conference originally scheduled for March 10 has been delayed to April 10 by a New York federal court. The court granted the U.S. government's written request to "allow the defense sufficient time to review the substantial amount of evidence." Despite the postponement, the final trial is still set for January 26, 2026.
Victims of the Terra stablecoin collapse are reported to have until April 30 to file claims for loss compensation.
