TechFlow reports on February 25, a fake X platform account @SBF_DOGE impersonating Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) posted multiple false messages claiming that SBF had received a Trump pardon and joined the DOGE team. The account later announced the launch of a meme coin and published its related contract address.
Although the account bore X's gray verification badge (indicating government or multilateral organization accounts), it clearly engaged in identity impersonation and information fraud. Investors are reminded to stay vigilant against such scams and avoid falling victim to fraudulent schemes.
