CME leads with 169,600 BTC (approximately $163.10 billion), accounting for 27.7%; Binance follows with 116,000 BTC (approximately $111.63 billion), representing 18.96%; Bybit holds 70,700 BTC (approximately $68.00 billion), making up 11.54%.
