TechFlow reported on February 22 that according to Coinglass data, the total liquidation amount in the cryptocurrency market reached $301 million within the past 12 hours, including $242 million in long positions and $59.42 million in short positions.
BTC liquidations amounted to $86.21 million, ETH liquidations reached $82.96 million, and liquidations for other cryptocurrencies totaled $33.87 million. Within the past 24 hours, a total of 169,941 people were liquidated, with cumulative liquidation amounts reaching $567 million. The largest single liquidation occurred on the HTX platform's BTC-USDT pair, amounting to $45.8 million.
