TechFlow news, on February 18, according to Arkham monitoring, FTX has begun distributing funds to creditors with claims below $50,000 through two distribution service providers, Kraken and BitGo. This round of distribution involves approximately $1.2 billion in total creditor claims.
FTX creditor representative Sunil disclosed that FTX has currently completed around $800 million in payments, covering about 162,000 accounts—35% of the estimated 460,000 eligible claim accounts. The repayment funds are evenly allocated, with $400 million paid to original claim holders and another $400 million to claim purchasers.
