TechFlow News — On February 14, according to Cailian She, the Supreme People's Procuratorate today reported on its 2024 progress in comprehensively deepening prosecutorial reforms. The report stated that the Supreme Procuratorate will collaborate with relevant departments to jointly formulate judicial interpretations, improve judicial standards for punishing criminal cases involving securities and futures, money laundering, and intensify efforts to crack down on criminal activities that use virtual currencies to illegally transfer assets overseas. Meanwhile, the Supreme Procuratorate will strengthen the派驻mechanism of prosecutors at the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), enhancing coordination and alignment among financial regulation, law enforcement, and judicial work.
