TechFlow reported on February 11, according to Decrypt, that Adam Glapiński, Governor of the National Bank of Poland (NBP), said at a press conference that the central bank would not consider holding Bitcoin reserves under any circumstances. Glapiński emphasized that reserve assets must be "absolutely safe."
Notably, Christine Lagarde, President of the European Central Bank, has also recently expressed skepticism about Bitcoin as a reserve asset, stressing that central bank reserves must possess liquidity, safety, and stability.
