TechFlow news, February 10 — According to Sina Tech, on February 9 during the LEAP technology conference in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia unveiled USD 14.9 billion in technology investments and strategic partnerships, marking an expansion of the country's AI and digital infrastructure strategy.
The Saudi Ministry of Communications and Information Technology announced that USD 10.9 billion will be allocated for AI infrastructure and startup funding, while Grog will invest USD 1.5 billion to build the world's largest AI-centric data center in Saudi Arabia. The report noted that Chinese AI company DeepSeek has begun operations at Aramco's Digital Data Center in Dammam, Saudi Arabia—an important milestone in the nation's growing AI infrastructure.
