TechFlow reports, citing Cointelegraph, that blockchain real estate platform Blocksquare has launched its Notarized Real Estate Tokenization Framework in Luxembourg. The framework ensures compliance through notarized agreements integrated with land registries.
The framework enables property owners to tokenize economic rights of real estate assets, granting investors direct legal recourse backed by property value. Blocksquare CEO Denis Petrovcic stated that the EU's MiCA regulations provide legal certainty for the framework, which is expected to accelerate real estate tokenization across Europe.
