TechFlow reports, on January 21, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin responded on social media to the controversy regarding leadership changes at the Ethereum Foundation (EF).
Vitalik stated that he currently retains full authority over decisions concerning the new leadership team of the Ethereum Foundation. Although reforms are underway to introduce a formal board, until then, decision-making power remains solely with him.
He pointed out that online pressure campaigns on social media have damaged the working environment for talented developers, making foundation management more difficult.
He emphasized that such actions not only fail to help achieve their goals but also reduce his willingness to respond to these demands.
