TechFlow reported on January 18 that, according to CoinDesk, cryptocurrency exchange Crypto.com has received in-principle approval from the Malta Financial Services Authority for a European MiCA license. This move indicates that Crypto.com will soon obtain full MiCA licensing. In an email statement, the company said: "Receiving comprehensive regulatory approval will enable Crypto.com to offer its market-leading crypto services across the European Union under a regulated framework, enhancing transparency within the industry."
