TechFlow news — On January 6, according to Bitcoin.com News, a nonprofit organization called the Digital Sovereignty Alliance (DSA) was established in Washington, D.C. Led by TRON DAO, the DSA aims to advance more ethical public policies, research, and education surrounding emerging technologies including decentralized technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrency, Web3 innovation, and artificial intelligence. The group plans to collaborate with government and industry leaders to emphasize the importance of cryptocurrency technology for economic growth and individual freedom, while opposing overly restrictive regulatory measures. The organization has already begun lobbying efforts on Capitol Hill to influence the future direction of digital asset legislation.
DSA Director Adrian Wall said: "As rapid advancements in areas like blockchain and artificial intelligence bring tremendous societal benefits, public policy must evolve accordingly to address ethical and social implications. We are committed to bringing together experts, policymakers, and the public to advocate for thoughtful, forward-looking policies. The formation of the DSA is intended to lead critical bipartisan dialogue and promote policies that ensure emerging technologies benefit society as a whole."
