TechFlow news, on December 25, the BGA 2024 Annual Report stated that female Web3 gamers are more optimistic about the development of blockchain gaming over the next year. 38.9% of female respondents expect blockchain adoption in the gaming industry to surpass 40% within the next year, compared to only 25.1% of male respondents who hold the same view.
Almost half of male respondents believe that less than 20% of the gaming industry will adopt blockchain within the next 12 months, whereas only a quarter of female respondents share this pessimistic outlook.
This survey collected 623 responses from participants across the global Web3 gaming industry, including individuals involved in infrastructure and marketing, design, content, investment, media, and artificial intelligence.
