TechFlow reports, on December 25, Ethereum Foundation member Devansh Mehta announced on the X platform that a competition to predict donation amounts for AI-based projects has officially launched. Participants are required to predict the relative funding ratios across 1,023 pairs of projects, based on 2,387 provided training comparison data points. This event serves as a warm-up for the main competition launching at the end of January, which will involve 4,303 Ethereum repositories and their dependent projects.
Devansh Mehta stated that Vitalik will sponsor $20,000 for this event, and participants' contributions could influence future funding mechanisms for open-source projects, while also gaining recognition from the community and Ethereum developers.
