TechFlow news, December 23 — According to Cointelegraph, Nasdaq-listed La Rosa Holdings (LRHC) announced it will offer Bitcoin payment options to its network of over 3,000 real estate agents. The company reported a 155% year-on-year revenue increase to $51.7 million for the first nine months of 2024 and currently offers agents either a 100% commission plan or a revenue-sharing model.
Joe La Rosa, CEO of La Rosa Holdings, stated that the company will charge a 2% fee on agents who opt for cryptocurrency payments, which will become a new revenue stream. The platform currently charges agents a fee starting at $60, while client transaction fees are set at $495.
