TechFlow news, December 19 — According to Bloomberg, sources revealed that Elon Musk is recruiting staff for the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). Steve Davis, president of Musk's tunnel company The Boring Co., and Michael Kratsios, former U.S. Chief Technology Officer, are among those leading interviews with potential candidates. DOGE has so far hired around 10 people and is seeking software engineers, including those with artificial intelligence experience.
Currently, DOGE operates from a glass-walled office in Washington, D.C., leased by SpaceX, another company owned by Musk, located about four blocks from the White House.
