TechFlow reports that on December 16, on-chain analyst Maartunn posted on X stating: "Over the past year, miner Bitcoin balances have declined from 1.99 million BTC to 1.90 million BTC, a decrease of 4.74%. Miners are steadily selling, but the volume is not large, suggesting they may be selling portions of their BTC holdings to cover operating expenses."
