TechFlow reports that on December 9, zero-knowledge proof infrastructure project Polyhedra Network released its latest roadmap, announcing that the testnet for its Layer 1 network EXPchain will launch in December 2024, with the mainnet scheduled for release in February 2025. The project has completed a $75 million funding round, reaching a $1 billion valuation, with investors including Polychain Capital, Binance Labs, and Animoca Brands.
Polyhedra is transforming cutting-edge research into open-source solutions to empower scalable and verifiable AI systems. Its core technologies include zero-knowledge machine learning (zkML), the Expander proof system, the zkPyTorch toolchain, the zkBridge cross-chain solution, and the Proof Cloud computing platform—aiming to address key challenges such as AI security, data privacy, and blockchain interoperability, providing innovative support for developers and enterprises.
