TechFlow news — On December 5, HashKey Group released an "Official Statement on the Appointment Arrangement of Mr. Livio Weng." Livio Weng, CEO of HashKey Exchange, formally submitted his resignation to the company several months ago due to personal family reasons.
HashKey Group has completed the transition plan, and the personnel change has been approved by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). Mr. Livio Weng will continue to fulfill his duties until the end of this year to assist in completing all handover procedures.
Bo Xiao, CEO of HashKey Group, stated that Livio Weng's leadership significantly advanced the development and establishment of the exchange, laying a solid foundation for the group's steady growth within Hong Kong's crypto industry.
Previous report: HashKey Group announced that all team token holders (including departing employees) must strictly adhere to the token management policy. Employee departures will not trigger early or full token unlocking.
