TechFlow news, on December 5, Solana co-founder Toly (Anatoly Yakovenko) posted on X: "You should prepare to move your crypto startup to the United States. Lawyers will still take a pound of flesh from your startup, but once the rules are clear, the upside potential will be limitless. The U.S. is the largest unified free-market economy in the world."
Some users pointed out that accessing U.S. users does not require physically relocating to the U.S., but Toly indicated that it may become increasingly difficult for overseas projects to serve U.S. users in the future.
