TechFlow news — According to the Securities Daily, Left Bank Xinhui (Shanghai) Data Technology Co., Ltd. has launched the first RWA project in the agricultural sector, "Malu Grape RWA," and simultaneously completed an equity financing round of 10 million yuan. The project is jointly advanced by the Shanghai Data Exchange, Malu Town Economic Development Service Center, and other partners, aiming to explore innovative applications of data as a production factor.
As the project operator, Left Bank Xinhui leverages its SwiftLink management platform to integrate agricultural products and their production data into project assets. Malu grape, a representative agricultural brand of Shanghai, boasts over 40 years of development history. The newly raised funds will be allocated to building smart agriculture infrastructure, developing product traceability systems, and optimizing supply chain management.
The Shanghai Data Exchange stated it will promote more enterprises to innovate with data elements across scenarios such as smart agriculture, smart industrial parks, and new energy infrastructure. This project represents a significant practice in developing high-quality productivity through data elements in agriculture, potentially enhancing the competitiveness of specialty industries and providing new momentum for agricultural modernization.
