TechFlow news, November 26 — According to Cryptoslate, VanEck announced it will extend the zero-fee offer for its spot Bitcoin ETF "HODL" until either reaching $2.5 billion in assets or January 10, 2026, whichever comes first. This marks a significant increase from the previous thresholds of $1.5 billion in assets and March 31, 2025.
As per Farside data, HODL currently holds approximately $1.33 billion in net assets, representing a 124% growth since inception. Once the promotional period ends, investors will be charged a 0.20% management fee. HODL remains the only zero-fee spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States.
