TechFlow news, on November 25, SlowMist Yuxian posted on X platform stating that there are over 1,000 DEXX victims who directly submitted stolen form information. Additionally, many victims have contacted through various channels, with losses varying in size. The majority of false reports fall into three main categories:
1. Submissions made maliciously or by mistake;
2. During the attacker's mass token theft (evident from on-chain activity showing a crude theft script), due to the simplistic script strategy, many accounts were not fully drained immediately, allowing numerous victims to recover some remaining assets (ranging from small to large amounts);
3. The attacker intentionally contaminated several victim addresses (some victims proactively contacted us requesting exclusion).
In addition to DEXX officially reporting the incident to authorities and filing cases, several victims have also filed police reports. Users are reminded to closely monitor the corresponding attacker wallet addresses and speak up promptly upon detecting any suspicious activity.
