TechFlow news — On November 13, Tranched, a London-based embedded asset financing platform, has secured $3.4 million in Pre-seed funding. The round was led by Speedinvest, with participation from funds enrolled in Andressen Horowitz’s crypto startup accelerator (CSX) program, alongside institutional investors including Blockwall, Kima, and OVNI Capital.
Tranched leverages blockchain technology to streamline the asset securitization process, aiming to reshape the global €12 trillion securitization market. By automating workflows through smart contracts, the platform can reduce associated costs by up to 90%. For each financing project, it deploys dedicated protocols that tokenize originators’ receivables and instantly verify their eligibility, while implementing suites of smart contracts to enforce customized lending bases and cash flow distribution rules.
