TechFlow news, November 12 — According to The Block, crypto sports and entertainment platform BetHog announced it has raised $6 million in seed funding. The round was led by 6MV, with participation from Will Ventures, Bullpen Capital, and others. Founded by FanDuel co-founders Nigel Eccles and Rob Jones, BetHog is built on the Solana blockchain, where SOL serves as the supporting token for PvP gaming. Additionally, BetHog supports betting with Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT.
BetHog features original games such as HODL (a memecoin-themed Crash game) and Thermonuclear Boars (a Mines-style game), along with innovative PvP modes that allow users to play alongside well-known streamers.
