At the exact same second Binance announced the listing of ACT, this address spent only 1,558 SOL (worth $318,000) to purchase 10.9 million ACT tokens, which are now valued at $3.4 million.
In addition, X platform user @JeffroBTC suspected that this address might be involved in insider trading due to its extremely close timing to the listing announcement.
