TechFlow news — On November 11, John Reed Stark, former director of the Office of Internet Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), posted on social platform X calling for the SEC to suspend all cryptocurrency-related enforcement actions.
Stark recommended that the SEC dismiss or settle all ongoing cryptocurrency litigation cases and suggested that current SEC Chair Gary Gensler should resign.
