TechFlow news, on November 7, CZ reflected in an interview on his forced departure from Binance and his four-month incarceration. During that time, he passed the days through exercise, writing a book, and discussing cryptocurrency with fellow inmates. CZ said: "I don't think I want to go back to being CEO of Binance. I've led the company for seven years. I truly enjoyed the job, although it was demanding. But I believe that chapter has ended."
In addition, CZ revealed that he had received offers to sell his controlling stake in the exchange—which constitutes the majority of his personal net worth—but declined to disclose the identity of potential buyers or the offered prices.
CZ declined to comment on the U.S. election, but expressed satisfaction with the direction of X (formerly Twitter).
CZ stated: "I think after Musk took over, Twitter has evolved much faster. It's launched new features, and the pace of change has accelerated significantly. I'm not too concerned about fluctuations in investment value. We are long-term investors."
