However, other major U.S. media outlets have not yet reported similarly. Vote counting for the U.S. presidential election is still ongoing.
Meanwhile, according to the campaign team of Democratic presidential candidate and Vice President Harris, Harris will not address her supporters temporarily, stating she will "speak tomorrow." As reported by CNN on November 5, Jen O'Malley Dillon, head of Harris's campaign, said in an email sent to staff that night that she did not expect the election results to be determined tonight, adding that the outcome would only become clear several hours later.
