TechFlow reported on November 1 that, according to CoinDesk, stablecoin payments platform Bridge has announced the acquisition of Web3 wallet infrastructure platform Triangle. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Founded by former Stripe employee Tasti Zakarie, Triangle primarily provides enterprises with wallet development API interfaces designed for non-technical users. The Triangle team will join Bridge to help build a scalable stablecoin system. The company has previously received investments from institutions including Chamath Palihapitiya, founder of Social Capital, Alchemy Ventures, DCG, and WndrCo.
Previous report, Bridge itself is being acquired by payments giant Stripe for $1.1 billion, marking the largest crypto-related acquisition to date by a mainstream payment company.
