TechFlow news, on October 28, according to Cointelegraph, Kristoffer Krohn, a promoter of Green United, filed an appeal request with the U.S. District Court for Utah on October 24, asking the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals to rule on the SEC's case alleging an $18 million cryptocurrency mining fraud. Krohn argues that the SEC incorrectly applied securities laws, maintaining that the company sold high-performance computing hardware, not securities. Previous report, Judge Ann Marie McIff Allen of the Utah District Court denied the defendants' motion to dismiss, finding the SEC's allegations of unregistered securities sales to be "well-supported by evidence."
