TechFlow news, October 25 — According to Cointelegraph, Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas reported that U.S. issuers are seeking to register ETFs for Solana and XRP ahead of the November presidential election. These applications are being viewed as "call options on a Trump victory."
If Trump wins the election, he may appoint a more libertarian-leaning chairperson to the Securities and Exchange Commission, which could favor the development of cryptocurrency ETFs. In contrast, if Kamala Harris wins, these applications could be put on hold.
