TechFlow reported on October 22, citing Decrypt, that Ripple co-founder and Executive Chairman Chris Larsen announced on Monday he has donated an additional $10 million worth of XRP to support Vice President Harris's presidential campaign. The New York Times reported on Sunday that Larsen made the $10 million donation in XRP to Future Forward, a prominent Democratic political action committee, during a record-breaking fundraising quarter for Harris’s campaign and allied organizations. Larsen confirmed the report on Twitter, noting that the contribution was made in XRP. "It's time for the Democratic Party to embrace new approaches to technological innovation, including cryptocurrency," Larsen wrote, adding that he is confident Harris will "ensure American technological dominance in the world."
