TechFlow news, on October 21, according to CoinDesk, Sui has launched the first hub of its Global Series Hub network in Dubai, serving as an incubator for blockchain developers and entrepreneurs. The center was established in partnership with local blockchain company Ghaf Group. Kostas Chalkias, co-founder and chief cryptographer at Mysten Labs, said: "Our vision is to become the central hub for hackathons and implementation in Dubai." Having relocated from California to Dubai, Chalkias plans to bring an "army of solution engineers" to the city.
The uniqueness of this new center lies in its rapid response capability. Chalkias described a scenario where, when a government entity requires a blockchain-based solution, the center can quickly build one using smart contracts within a short timeframe. "When someone comes up with an idea, we can sit down and build a proof-of-concept within two hours. This has never been seen before in the blockchain space," Chalkias emphasized.
