TechFlow reports that on October 16, the Ethereum Foundation announced the conclusion of its second translation hackathon, Translatathon. Compared to 2023, the number of active translators increased from 217 to 327 (a 50% rise), translated word count grew from 1.47 million to 2.53 million (a 70% increase), and the number of supported languages expanded from 56 to 70 (a 25% increase).
The Ethereum Foundation has distributed $30,000 in prizes to 189 eligible participants. The top 10 translators also received Devcon tickets and discounts. Additionally, the Ethereum Foundation has launched the ETH Glossary (ETHGlossary), which will continue to be iterated upon in the future.
