TechFlow News, October 16 — According to Decrypt, Animoca Brands CEO Robby Yung stated that Telegram games are a "representative" of mass adoption, and other projects will follow. This comes as Telegram games have seen explosive growth this year, with crypto projects like Hamster Kombat attracting over 300 million users. Yung believes this marks the beginning of mass adoption.
"Anyone who has a Web3 application will have a Telegram user onboarding strategy, because it represents distribution, advertising, and marketing channels. It sits at the top of the user acquisition funnel," Yung said at Zebu Live. "From DeFi to gaming—no matter where their core experience lies—everyone will have a Telegram complement."
