The company's statement read: "Our CEO, Alex Andryunin, has been arrested in Portugal. At this time, we do not have further details, but please rest assured that your account with Gotbit remains secure. Our goal is to prove the innocence of both the company and CEO Alex Andryunin. We are prepared to fully cooperate with the authorities, provide all necessary documents to support the investigation, and swiftly resolve this misunderstanding."
