TechFlow news, according to Cointelegraph, DeFi Edge, a liquidity management protocol, suspended deposits into all strategy contracts on its user interface on October 14. On September 30, the team announced it would "decommission" certain strategies, but the new deposit suspension appears to affect all strategies, not just those mentioned in the announcement. At the time of writing, withdrawal functionality on DeFi Edge remains operational.
On September 29, over $4.8 million worth of cryptocurrency was held within the protocol's contracts. Despite multiple warnings from the team, approximately $3.64 million remained locked in DeFi Edge contracts as of October 14. Currently, the user interface indicates that all strategies require whitelist access, though the official team has not yet disclosed how users can obtain whitelist eligibility.
